about us
Pare Candle was established in Franklin, Tennessee in 2019. Inspired by our love of candles, we began exploring the hobby of making our own. After successfully making natural wax candles for ourselves as well as family Christmas gifts, we were encouraged and inspired to take the leap and become a small business!
Our desire and purpose is to create natural wax candles with exceptional fragrance that enhance any space. Our point of view reflects the intent to minimize our “stuff” (to pare down) without sacrificing substance and beauty, and extensive testing resulted in eco-friendly custom candles in a classic, comfortable, timeless look.
The name “pare” (rhymes with care) stands for permeate your space, awaken your senses, renew your spirit, every day. This is our mission for every candle we create. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
about our candles
We use a custom blend of natural soy and coconut wax. Our unique scents are blended from phthalate-free, high-quality fragrance oils - enhanced with essential oils, and we only use cotton wicks. Our candles are free of dye, additives, paraffin and any other thing that you can think of - making them vegan as well. Every batch of our candles is hand-blended and poured, crafted to burn clean, and tastefully fill your space with fragrance.
